FOR THE EIFFEL TOWER
⚈ Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets.
⚈ It is not possible to reschedule the tour date once the booking has been completed
⚈ Please note that children under 4 also need a ticket to enter the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to add it when booking
⚈ This tour is not a guided visit, your host will accompany you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator, from where you will continue your visit independently.
⚈ Even with prepaid access, you might have to wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor
⚈ Disabled visitors and visitors with reduced mobility can visit only the 1st and 2nd floors by lift but the summit floor is not accessible to them for safety reasons, notably if they had to be evacuated urgently.
⚈ Animals are not permitted, except the animals accompanying visitors with disabilities
⚈ The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument
⚈ There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower
⚈ This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
⚈ It is not allowed to bring large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby stroller, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboards, other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), also do not bring sharp objects such as knives, pocket knives, scissors and corkscrews, glass bottles, padlocks, cans or anything that may explode or be otherwise dangerous.
FOR THE SEINE RIVER CRUISE:
⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507. Pier Number 3. It is orange color. The departure point is just right at the feet of the Eiffel Tower.
⚈ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
⚈ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
⚈ All boats are non-smoking.However, some of the boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.
⚈ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.

⚈ The exact meeting point is in front of the Le Champ de Mars Cafe (not inside the cafe). Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your specified time. Late access is not guaranteed.
⚈ The provided voucher is not an entrance ticket. Your actual Eiffel Tower tickets will be collected at the meeting point from the host.
⚈ Please note that children under 4 also need a ticket to enter the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to add it when booking
⚈ For ticket collection, all customers must be present at the meeting point.

⚈ You can choose your attendance time for your cruise. Please check the time slot table on your cruise ticket and arrive at the pier at least 20 minutes before your intended departure time.
