All participants will need to fill out a medical form before participating in the tour. The form can be filled out online
Drysuits are worn over your own clothing. We recommend wearing long thermal underwear and thick wool socks as a base layer under the dry suit
Minimum height is 4ft 11in (150cm). Minimum weight is 100lbs (45kg).
Maximum height and weight is 6ft7in (200cm) and 264lbs (120kg).
Participants must be comfortable in water and able to swim, physically fit and healthy
Please note that that dry suits can sometimes feel quite tight and constricting

The Reykjavik Food Walk meets in front of the big automated slide doors of the Harpa Concert Hall (see here!), the guide will be waiting there either right out front or just inside wearing a blue backpack :) 
Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Notice: If you cancel your Reykjavik Food Walk booking (via phone or email) with more than 24 hours notice of tour start time, we'll happily refund you in full, no questions asked!
Less than 24-Hour Notice: Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, we'll do all we can to reschedule your booking. However, if rescheduling isn't feasible due to availability or other constraints, we regretfully will have to charge for the tour.
Flight Delays or Cancellations: We understand the unpredictability of travel. If you miss your Food Walk due to flight-related issues and do not inform us before the tour, we recommend reaching out to your travel insurance for reimbursement, many of our guests have done so and gotten their money back.
