Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Upon check-in photo identification is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, due to the fact that the property does not accept credit cards as form of payment, guest are requested to confirm their arrival time to the hotel, when booking the reservation. Reservations will be guaranteed only until 18:00 hrs. For arrival times after this hour you must have confirmation from the hotel.
